The apartment is located on the first floor of the Jindabyne Building located at 56 Otho Street, Inverell.  Access to the apartment is via Otho Lane with a outdoor staircase leading to the entrance of the apartment.

With a seamless open-plan layout, the kitchen flows into the dining and living area creating a laid-back space punctuated with views over Inverell’s red roof tops through large industrial windows & doors.  It is bright & light with air-conditioning and ceiling fans.

Set in the Jindabyne house built in C1904, the apartment shows off rustic red brick walls, timber sash windows facing onto the main street, and all illuminated by architectural lighting.  The owners, an artist & chef, have paired original elements of the building with high-end modernist renovations.
