The apartment is located on the first floor of the Byron Arcade Building and offers both stairs and lift access.  High ceilings with grand windows, the apartment offers open plan living with a full kitchen, living & dining area, bathroom with luxury shower & underfloor heating, laundry, and the bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed in the main bedroom & single bed in the second.  Its bright & light filled with air-conditioning, ceiling fans & underfloor heating in the bathroom. Secure basement parking and intercom access with security surveillance in all common areas.

Guest Access:

The apartment is fully self-contained, and you are the sole occupant.  You also have access to the common rooftop outdoor garden area and BBQ.

Guest Interaction:

After you collect your key from us, you have complete privacy in your apartment.  We give our guests space but we are available when needed.
