About Us

Digby a born and bred local from Inverell, and Jo a country girl from Wagga Wagga in the Riverina, have been working and living in Inverell together for the past 28 years.  They have raised two daughters, Connie & Molly, have a son-in-law Drew, and have recently added their first grandchild Blair into the family mix.

In early 2014, they came upon the idea to redevelop what was originally the site of an old timber mill, then mechanical shop, followed by a nursery, gymnasium and then just a storage block into 3 eclectic industrial designed eco-friendly apartments. Their aim was to maintain as much of the original features of the building, so that parts of its history would still show through.

By Spring the plans had been developed by Mitchell Young, Architects - Gold Coast, and in December demolition was well under way with thanks to the all their kids helpers on Uni holidays.

Hard work, long hours, no summer holidays and lots of arguments later, the Apartments came to life in late April 2015.

With the success of these apartments, in 2018 they added two apartments from the re-development of the old Byron Arcade which are called the Byron Prestige Apartments.

The love of history and restoration saw the family purchase the old Catholic Convent in mid 2017 and by early 2019, they had finished the restoration and re-development of the first property Lyndhurst, which is now an exceptional place to stay!

Watch this space, they never sit still, there is more on the way!
